Need to Return a Lamp? Contact Us First

Please do not return any product without contacting us first. Always reach out via our contact form or email us at support@glamourlamps.com to receive return instructions.

Returning products without notice may result in extra handling fees or delays.

Return Window

We offer a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive your lamp. After notifying us, you’ll have another 14 days to send the product back.

Returns requested after this timeframe unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Product Condition Guidelines

Your returned lamp must be in original, unused condition. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more worn than necessary to inspect it, we may deduct a portion of the refund based on value depreciation.

Please handle all lighting products with care and ensure they are securely packed for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-designed or made-to-order lighting
  • Opened or installed lighting fixtures
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable materials (e.g., installation guides)
  • Personal care or hygiene-related accessories

Proof of Purchase

To process any return, a valid order number or receipt is required.
Do not send products back to the manufacturer.
All returns must be arranged through support@glamourlamps.com.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Only a partial refund may be issued in the following cases:

  • Items with visible signs of use
  • Opened kits or accessories
  • Damaged items not due to our error
  • Items returned beyond the eligible 14-day period

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Haven’t Received Your Refund Yet?

  1. Check your bank or credit card account
  2. Contact your bank – it may take some time before the refund is posted
  3. Still nothing? Email us at support@glamourlamps.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.
If you’d like to exchange a product for the same item, email us at support@glamourlamps.com with your order details and photos (if applicable).

Gifts

If your lamp was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value once we’ve received the item.

If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will go back to them.

Return Shipping

To return a lamp, contact us at support@glamourlamps.com for the correct return address and instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • For items valued over €75, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
  • We are not liable for returns lost during transit without proof of delivery.

Processing Time

All returns and refunds are handled within 14 business days of receiving your return shipment.
